1. Proprietary Software Intellectual Property Rights

The Everyday Enterprise Suite™ (including all applications, source code, database schemas, AI models, UI canvases, WebRTC softphones, and DRM licensing mechanisms) is the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of Everyday IT Inc. Access to the platform is granted solely under a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial SaaS subscription license.

2. Strict Anti-Cloning & Anti-Reselling Restrictions

Under no circumstances may any customer, user, licensee, or third party:

• Copy, clone, reproduce, duplicate, or extract the source code or architectural blueprints of Everyday Suite.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code or algorithms of any application.
• Sub-license, resell, lease, rent, redistribute, or white-label the software to unauthorized third parties outside of approved Everyday Partner Hub agreements.
• Remove, bypass, or tamper with cryptographic DRM domain-locking keys or SHA-256 system integrity verification checks.

3. Automated DRM Enforcement & License Revocation

Everyday Suite actively monitors domain bindings and source code integrity via cryptographic checksum checks. Any unauthorized copying attempt, code extraction, or licensing breach will result in immediate automated account termination and legal enforcement under applicable copyright and trade secret laws.
